Website terms

The terms for using this website

Last updated: 9 October 2026

These terms cover your use of honey-guide.uk. They’re short because, for now, this is an information page about a product still in development. Separate terms will apply to the Honeyguide service itself when it launches.

Who we are

This website is operated by BeamPay Ltd, trading as Honeyguide, registered in England and Wales (company no. 16903978), with its registered office at 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. You can contact us at hello@honey-guide.uk.

By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The information on this site

The content on this website is for general information about Honeyguide. Because the product is still being built, features, pricing, availability and launch dates may change. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and it isn’t professional or business advice. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but we can’t promise that it always will be.

Early access

Joining the early access list doesn’t create a contract or commit you to anything. Any early access, free trial or introductory offer will be confirmed to you in writing, together with the terms that apply to it. We may decide how many businesses we can take into early access and in what order.

Our content and brand

The Honeyguide name, logo, design and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to view, share links to and print pages for your own reference, but please don’t copy, adapt or reuse our content or brand for any other purpose without our permission.

Using the site responsibly

Please don’t misuse this website — for example, by trying to gain unauthorised access to it, introducing malicious code, interfering with its operation, or scraping it in a way that places an unreasonable load on it.

Links to other websites

Where we link to other websites, those links are for your convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content.

Our responsibility to you

We don’t exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, as this website is provided free of charge and for information only, we aren’t liable for any loss arising from your use of it or reliance on its content. If you use the site for business purposes, we aren’t liable for any loss of profit, sales, business, revenue, opportunity, goodwill or reputation.

Your personal information

How we use any personal information you give us is explained in our privacy notice.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time, and the latest version will always be on this page. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute — though if you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
